For this installation, our team completed a custom drill-in track installation using 40 inch Thule Tracks with Blind Fasteners, Thule Evo Fixed Point feet, and black Thule Evo WingBar 135 load bars. Unlike vehicles equipped with factory mounting points, the 2024 Grand Caravan requires a custom installation to create a permanent roof rack mounting system. For this project, we carefully measured, drilled, and installed 40 inch Thule tracks using blind fasteners to create fixed mounting locations along the roof.
This style of installation takes considerably more time than a standard roof rack install, but it provides exceptional strength, flexibility, and a clean factory style appearance. Once the tracks were installed, the Thule Evo Fixed Point Foot Pack and Thule Evo WingBar crossbars were mounted to complete the system.

Important Fit Note: Custom Drill Installation Required
The 2024 Grand Caravan does not include factory fixed mounting points for this style of roof rack. Installing Thule roof tracks requires careful measuring, drilling into the roof, sealing every mounting location, and securing the tracks with blind fasteners. This is a permanent installation that should be completed by experienced installers to ensure proper alignment, weather sealing, and long term durability.
This particular installation took approximately three hours to complete due to the precision required during measuring, drilling, sealing, and final assembly.
